Las Vegas Strip

Las Vegas South Strip

The Las Vegas South Strip is a mecca of sights and sounds. This area stretches from Flamingo Road down to Mandalay Bay Drive and contains some of the newest and most lavish Las Vegas resorts. Among them are Bellagio which is one of the city's most expensive hotels and the MGM Grande which is the world's largest hotel.

Some of the resorts date back to the early days of Vegas. Caesars Palace opened in 1966 and the Flamingo Las Vegas was built in 1946 by mobster Benjamin Siegel! Other hotels re-create the appearance of some of the greatest cities such as Paris, New York, Rome and Monte Carlo.

The Southern stretch of the Strip has everything you need in one location. Restaurants, shops, theaters, casinos and mega-resorts. You can get around the Strip on the new double-decker bus nicknamed The Deuce that runs 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
